I’m Simon, Licensed Builder and the face behind Simon Says Construction. I’m a qualified carpenter with more than seven years of hands-on experience, from insurance repair jobs to high-end builds — I’ve seen it all, and I bring the same care to every project regardless of size or budget.

I believe good work should improve the spaces people live in — not just get the job done, but leave you with somewhere that looks great and feels right. Based in South Auckland, I service South Auckland, East Auckland, and Franklin.

When you work with me, you deal directly with the builder, backed by a skilled team who share the same standards. I take the time to understand what you need, and most problems can be sorted out over a coffee — clear communication and a friendly, down-to-earth approach, from the first chat to the final walkthrough.
